The Metropolis of Houstonia | Fantastic post, here we have 2 farmers with completley different outlooks who will ultimitley have 2 very different outcomes. Po gives examples/excuses of why land purchase wont work. Backs up his excuses with the bare minumum effort given to male it work. Will tell himself its not his fault he cant swing a land purchase and never expanded because the "man" is holding him down......Hobby gives examples on how to make it work with a litlte effort and maybe a little out of the box thinking. Would love to do a case study on both posters net worth change as they navigate thru the years. |
