Iowa | Yes. Very good win for Iowa. Iowa, ISU, Nebraska all have really good coaches. We could be having these types of matchups for the next 10 years. Now I have mixed feelings - if it was anybody other than Nebraska, I’d be completely content with a sweet 16 appearance, now if we lose to them it’ll be kinda like a kick in the nuts. HOWEVER Iowa is younger, Nebraska is gonna have a lot of pieces to replace going into next year. Iowa has basically played the last 2 games with stirtz not shooting well. Isu losing Jefferson probably ends their championship chances (and the were probably decent enough to win it).
Maybe the tom Davis curse is over and we can make this a semi annual appearance. | |
