Looks to be a knee-jerk reaction short term.


Of course, its just like food in the store or tires, if a drought makes the news prices go up in the stores yet don't as a commodity, if someone sank a boat load of rubber coming from Liberia tires would triple overnight.

Never let a crisis go to waste.
