Cherokee iowa | My take is nothing changed except for the packers losing market share not margin. Why? Well more chains then hooves can do such things. Cattle been soooo cheap for sooo long that more chains meant more margins. Not anymore when supply’s decimated. I don’t see any herd expansion personally. A empty chain is a costly chain. I’m long tooth and nail on the hooves right or wrong. Paper is the laggard compared to cash still around here. | |
