Currently I use Sirrus when soil sampling in the field. I love the flexibility of being able to drop a point wherever I please, especially when I have mapped a field at home and then get to the field and the points happen to be in a terrace channel or something like that.
I then import boundaries and sample points into SMS advanced where I write my scripts.
My question lies in SMS Mobile and AgFiniti. Pretty sure I would like to start an ag finiti subscription to connect to all of my customers who share wireless data with me. Some are on John Deere, others are on climate. If they have a wireless connection with my agfiniti, will a harvest layer then synch and show up in my advanced automatically?
As far as soil sampling goes, can I use SMS mobile or agfiniti like I do Sirrus? Have on my iPad in the field and drop points wherever they need to go? Waypoint analytical feeds my soil data back into Sirrus so when I import points they have soil data attached. Will they do this for mobile or agfiniti? Like I said, happy with Sirrus but looking to eliminate a couple steps on my end during the importation process if possible. Thanks!! | |
