Lots of 1/4’s just changed renters here a few weeks ago. No inputs were bought by new renters. When it is a March renewal date, it is hard to plan ahead!!
Really? Why would there be a lot changing renters that late?
I know there have been a few guys quitting, but those decisions were made before December, and their land had new tenants by January.
I hadn't heard of significant numbers of guys deciding to quit after the first of the year. |
Might want to get some bought.
