Will not risk high casualties. 2500 marines on the way is not that big of a deal, now if it was 30,000 might get scary. 2500 is only 5% of the 50,000 already there. If Iran leadership starts mass hanging or Nazi style things against there own people, to tease Trump on, that is when all bets are off. Iran government has no off ramp, because if they surrender their people will execute them in a barbarous way, so nothing to loose for sure. My bet is U. S. Ends this and Iran opens the straight upon leaving, as China needs the oil and when they press their finger, Iran will listen as Iran depends too much on China for survival.No Iran will not listen to Trump , but will do anything China tells them to do. | |
