Been there too, dad more so than me with the family situation. In my experience, no one wants to deal with crazy people. Not even law enforcement. They'd rather drive around giving people seat belt tickets than do the tough work that needs done. Good advice above though. Sad part is generally in life solving problems is best done on your own...
