nw NC | What population did you plant? Determine your damage by counting damaged plants in 100 plants in a row in several places of field. Some of your plants look as if they will not survive. Others could survive but will likely not produce more than a nubbin ear. Undamaged plants growing beside one or two or three damaged (or soon to be totally missing) plants, will put on a larger ear compensating some for the missing plants. Let it grow and take what you get. | |
