Western IL | Never have done so before… totally new site. Needing about 125k bu of total storage when all said and done. This will be a waxy corn storage facility. Wanting to start by building my infrastructure (3 ph elec service, drives, etc) and 1 40k bu bin.
Thought would be pay the 40k bin off them immediately build another next to it. Then use the paid off one to pay for the next one then do that again.
Problem is for me to get the first bin up and totally then key its gonna be 150-175k plus a 83-91 foot auger to fill it. seems stupid expensive.
What am I doing wrong? Or am I just too conservative? | |
