Has anyone proposed a E-15 mandate? I have only seen the allowing of year round sales instead of the current 9 month allowed/3 summer month not allowed.

Edit: Would have to believe the RFS would have to be opened back up with any mandate and no one has mentioned that or pushing blending volume gallons up by 50%.
