As a morning routine I do 25-30 push ups (pretty much to almost failure), two 75 yard sprints at near max speed with a resting walk in between, and 20 pullups or to failure if I don't make it.
Takes about 15 minutes total. Gets my heart and breathing up close to max four times with short rests in between. Right before a couple eggs for breakfast.
