I agree. I get tired of hearing about this every year.
East: "we need a drought"
West: "we are on fire in a drought"
East: "I mean a only 150 bushel corn drought"
For some reason the east can't ever plant anything under any conditions yet the west always does, either in powder dry dust or with two tractors hooked together in mud.
