I have several water tanks that i left some water in late last summer and I have some algae/residue that dried on the walls this winter after i drained the tanks. What is a good product to use that will break that stuff loose and allow me to flush the tank clean. It is a poly tank. Thanks!

Well, a few years ago, I used chlorine tablets from walmart that we used in my kid's swimming pool. Leave it sit for a few days with the lid open and then drain. Rinsed it out good then filled it again to the top and let it sit overnight and then drained. It worked pretty good.
