That might work in your country but not here unless you let the wheat ground lay idle for a year. Not sure how you can go 1 year without a crop when you can buy N for $150/acre.
Our wheat is harvested in late August, killing frost by October. Some falls there isn't enuff rain to sprout the clover let alone grow 2 feet.
