EPA wants us to pour it into our exhaust systems and then regulate the crap out of producing it. No one wants to put the $$$ into infrastructure and all the red tape involved. Massive amounts of natural gas available. Coal plant scrubbers would provide all the AMS we need. We have it ALL RIGHT HERE!!! Would make sense if this country made sense.
