History says it won’t. 2020 and the Trump negotiated OPEC oil production cuts are similar to the decreases in output currently seen. Oil price will act similar in the coming years. There is a reason Persian Gulf oil is always always top of mind in military planning around the Middle East. It’s a Pandora’s box no one wanted to open.
