| It might have been different in different areas but here the protocols definitely changed.
The issue that divided the public was how the COVID culture succumbed to a cultish type of behaviour and they insisted that there was only one “saviour”. They believed that everyone who didn’t worship and succumb to their “god” was “dirty” and not worthy of even walking amongst them for fear that their “god” couldn’t save them if they got contaminated by the presence of infidels. They left no room for the worship of other “gods”. They believed they had discovered the only true “saviour”. Everything else was blasphemy.
When a person uses religious terms to describe the Covid narrative it is remarkably cultish.
Edit to add: Was hydroxychloroquine banned? I remember there was a lot of controversy over it early on in the pandemic but I can’t remember what the deal with it was and whether or not it was a commonly used drug before Covid.
