I just asked AI about windmills in cold. Ironic that at bottom it says if not properly winterized they have problems “ like Texas in 2021”. I think Texas has its own rules and those rules or lack of caused their problems. Maybe they have improved since then. They are installed in Indiana, Canada, Finland with very cold climates.
