NW Indiana | Absolute wrong way to be looking at this. 2008 corn was at the beginning stages of the ethanol boom that lead to that rally. 2022 corn was still in short supply following the 2019 prevent plant and 2020 derecho. We just grew 1.7 billion bu more than ever before. Export sales are already showing signs of slowing demand. This war has very little to do with the fundamentals of the grains at this time, I think getting all bulled up over something not related to what you are selling isn't wise. Crude and corn aren't that correlated. | |
