Exactly. Eisenhower did warn us about the military industrial complex. But I am not sure if he said anything about the neo con hegemony foreign policy that has been inforce under both Democrats and Republican ever since I can remember. If that policy was not in place then the miltary industrial complex would not have much less influence. Scoop Jackson was a neo con and that was a long time ago. It looks like the American Jewish Political Action Committe has influence over virtually all of the House and Senate members. Cruz gets or has received $800,000. But Trump got $250 milliom from one campaign donor.
