West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12 | Iran does need cash, is still raising plenty of cash, and it reads like shipping is steadily increasing as more countries negotiate "safe passage/trade deals" with Iran.
According to the article that I linked, Oil/NG price has increased by 40%, while Iran has still managed to export well above 16 million barrels of oil since the beginning of March...which does not include NG shipments.
