Document every incident. Put up cameras in your yard. Light up your yard to help with visibility.
Be ready to use your phone to record any conversations with the guy that you can. You might be able to bait him into confessing if you are good with psychology. But don't threaten him in any way or it will backfire on you.
Switch vehicles and phones with your niece for a day. Maybe he will follow you instead of her. You will be better prepared to deal with the guy if he confronts you. Then get his picture and record audio of him violating the restraining order.
He has been using AI voice generation, impersonating others she knows, to speak to her family members to get info on her. |
