| You tell him that shouldn't be a problem, and you draw up a simple contract granting access that can be revoked at any time, offering just compensation for any crop damage that may occur. You could even put a small yearly fee in there of $500 or whatever you choose in order to compensate for compaction / track repair, etc. If they got a lot more money from the BTO they should be happy to pay a token fee for the access. No reason to be unreasonable, you might be the one needing access somewhere else someday and you just may deal with the same land manager again. | |
