Not sure of the laws in Colorado but my retired police officer friend always tells me that in South Dakota you need to put up No Trespassing signs to document someone is there that shouldn’t be. I would think you already last that covered with the restraining order, sounds like a lawyer question, but as others have said, this may be pretty difficult.
What would you do?
