Call manager back and say so you want me to give you permission to go across my land to get to land that seems you never gave me an opportunity to rent. So what would you do if you were in my shoes? Listen for the hard swallow and then the stutter if he answers. If he does answer ask him who his boss is?
Land managers are snake in the grass. I wouldn't waste my time. I would contact land owner directly or get started building fence with no gates. |
