Bottom of the Mitten | If you could legally cut them off I would. They were probably just using local offers to set a price for the bto. If you're trying to keep the peace i wouldn't. They didn't care about keeping the neighbor (you) happy so why should you look out for them. This happened all around here several years ago. I'm sure many on here recognize the name Boersen. He cut a lot of throats here and the land owners were laughing all the way to the bank....or so they thought. I'll bet some of them still have a sore b hole from what he did to them.
