Fontanelle, IA | I’m going to guess there is some sort of low water, Missouri type crick crossing that is currently on the property but gets blown out/silted in at least 1x per year in some sort of flood/high water episode. Either that, or a forest path that was suitable for a small fordson tractor and 2 bottom plow that has now become significantly overgrown / feral and isn’t conducive to class 7 or 8 machines “today”.
If that is the case, the farm manager needs to “facilitate” the farm to his new tenant farmer. The landlord is going to have some annual “maintenance” expenses to in order for his/her new tenant to put in/take out the crop in a timely manner. That doesn’t involve the OP’s land. | |
