S IL | Is it a dirt road?
I dealt with something like this with a new tenant farmer and a no trespassing sign was even placed on a path 100' where the culvert crossing was my family had used for decades to get to a field. I called the sheriff and he agreed with me it was ridiculous. I told the other party we would continue to use the path and they ended up moving the culvert at their expense to avoid the 'trespass' which was also ridiculous but I said if you wanted to it's fine with me but I'm not paying a penny (I would have paid my share if they weren't being dicks). THere is more to this story. | |
