From reading your post, it sounds like anyone had as much right to rent the ground as you did. It also sounds like you did everything in your power to try to make it yours, so can’t say you didn’t try your hardest.
Just because the new tenant is a bto from 70 miles away doesn’t automatically make he or she an asshole. Nothing to lose by extending the same courtesy to them as you did your neighbor. Might gain another friend. Who knows? | |
