 Anderson County Kansas | Make sure you can legally refuse access before going that route. No reason to cause hard feelings for no reason. In Kansas and I assume other states if they can’t access it across their property then they have to be granted access. You didn’t say if they could or not. Also the fact they had been accessing it across your farm may be considered an easement if they had done it long enough. See a lawyer before going further is my advice.
