NE IA | Because farm managers have their hand selected few that they work with and ultimately they give them the opportunity to turn it down not the opportunity to make a competitive offer. Ive dealt with a farm manager before on a piece not far from me. Talked to him multiple times and at the end of the day he said he was offering it to a large operator 70 miles from where the farm was basically telling me if they didnt want it I will have an opportunity. | |
