Mohawk Indiana | Well first off that sucks! Secondly you have no obligation to solve their problem. Whoever actually owns the property may not even know that they need access across your property.
In my past experience you have probably been slowly realizing that you were going to end up being the odd man out.
While they don’t owe you anything, you don’t owe them anything either. You were letting your good neighbor have access to, not just everyone else.
I have a bad habit of thinking that I need to help solve everyone else’s problems. It’s just part of being a good neighbor.
I wouldn’t let them have access. They are big important guys, they can figure it out themselves without you. If they try to cross your place call the law and document the trespassing in case you need evidence at a later date.
