Minnesota | Hate to say it but the nice guy usually gets used until he puts his foot down. Sounds like you were being a good neighbor to the last tenant and letting them use your land to access their rented piece. Sounds like the farm manager kind of gave you the run around, don’t think I would be giving access so easily now, probably would tell them to take a hike, also would like to talk to the farm manager to see why there wasn’t a chance to counter offer.
