WCMO-SWMO Area | I figured up that I have owned 19 new vehicles in the past 50 years...I had a extended warranty on one of them and never used it..I also would have never had to use it on the other 18...We usually trade before the factory power train warranty expires..The most miles that we have ever put on a vehicle before trading is 70,000 miles...That was a Toyota Highlander Limited that gave us no problems.
Several times when the salesman pushed me to buy a extended warranty I told him that maybe I dont need your new vehicle if its going to fall apart when it goes off factory warranty..They shut up then..
If one feels that they need a extended warranty I'm not going knock them as they are the ones paying for it..Its whatever gives you peace of mind.
