KY | swne - 3/15/2026 15:04 Another thing I thought of. A good succession plan can go a long ways in preventing family conflicts later on. That has been the goal of our plan is keep the farm going, treat the on and off farm kids fairly, and ultimately they all continue to get along. We have explained what and why we did the things we have done and I think it will all end up ok in the end.
That works well AS long as everyone understands that fairly does not mean equally... And there's almost always at least one who doesn't understand the difference for various reasons. |
