A Toyota warranty from Toyota might be different.  But every extended warranty I've looked at had so many loopholes you've have difficulty using it as a fish net.
I follow different auto shops on Facebook.  All of them do not recommend extended warranties.  One documented how much time and what took to get approval for a repair.  Nope, never.

I really doubt Toyota want to warranty your Honda.  It's most likely used as an incentive to buy a Toyota.
