It’s like asking you why don’t you buy 160 acres in Africa. You could but I doubt you care or have ever even given it a thought.
Actually I have. Mostly the logistics. Non existent transportation infrastructure. And the high likelihood of getting killed due to politics/ethnicity is slightly concerning.
