95 miles NW of Quitaque, TX | I used to go out with my dad to watch for tornadoes. We were one of the few that had CBs at that time in the early 70s.
One time I was the only person at the house. The weather really became blustery. I do not if it was a tornado or was straight winds but the wind took out the top of the chimney above the building next to our house. It woke me up. I was tired and I said lord if that is you then just take me. I am ok. I am still here so I guess I was ok.
