SW Ohio | Ask him what his vision is for the future, if that involves you, ask what you can do to work towards achieving that goal, and getting it in writing. You may have to do some extensive research and educating on how/what it needs to be in writing that is best fit for both of you.
This can be a long process, be prepared to set your own goals and do your own thing until he makes up his mind... or doesn't. | |
