SOIL | I've always been interested in weather and have driven around looking for tornadoes before, but I can also understand the concern.
In 2009, I had an internship in Joplin, MO and remember sitting around watching sports on a Saturday with Severe Thunderstorm Warnings, and nobody seemed too concerned except the one guy from California. Had I been working there 2 years later, I can imagine my view on the subject would be very different today.
All my co-workers survived, one had his house completely leveled. | |
