Roseglen, North Dakota | I don't think you realize what life insurance (of any meaningful amount) premiums cost on someone 50 years and older.
Absolutely, totally unaffordable. And thats if they are in perfect health. If there's any issues at all, its not even an option.
If the farm has any acreage at all and siblings that want a piece of the pie, life insurance is not the answer.
