Tell your Dad we need a plan. And get something done and in writing. This isn’t something to put off.
If there are siblings involved….you really NEED a plan.
Planning can come down to a farm surviving or not. Simple as that.
Present some of your thoughts that could be done. See what or if he is thinking about anything.
