| Planning on talking to dad about farm succession in the coming months. Based on your experience, what questions are reasonable to ask and expect answers to? A little background, I’m in mid 30’s and been on the farm my whole life. We farm about the same amount of acres but don’t share any land. I own about 40% of the equipment some of which is shared between the two of us. At this point we haven’t had any discussions about the future. TIA | |
