Amherst WI | Correct but all that old stuff jumped in price too as well as input costs. The old beaters I started with are worth 2x now and 25 years older.
I’m between you two in the life of my career and can see both sides of what’s happened.
The younger guys can’t afford to get in and the older guys think a big payday is owed to them after what they endured to get where they are, so we sit here as the brain drain of our rural communities keeps happening.
Humans will go to where there is better opportunity if there isn’t any where they are.
