Do you have a leak between the pump and the waterers?

I have a similar setup to catch plate cooler water. 2500 gallon tank, 1 hp jet pump, 100 gallon pressure tank, 30/50 psi switch. Sends water to 230 cows. It will fill the pressure tank in less than 30 seconds and shut off..... on a normal day. On a hot summer day, it might take a minute to get up to 50 psi.

Here is the pump I am using: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EEOXYGA?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed...

The specs say my pump is rated for 25 gallon per minute. What is the rating on yours?

Edited: I re-read your post. You say that you turn off the valve AFTER the bladder tank and it still won't build pressure? Sounds like a problem with the pump. Maybe they wired it up wrong at the factory and it is turning in reverse? Bad seal? Sucking air? Impeller loose? Impeller broken? Maybe something fell in your storage tank and is blocking the outlet?
