SE Iowa | In my opinion people give sheep too much of a pass with the bad feet. Nobody trims cow hooves and expect them to keep up idk why we sheep guys don’t expect them to do the same.
As for the footbath yes we just do a 4 trays with about 6 inches of water and the solution in them, first time you do it they don’t like it, second time ain’t bad and 3rd time they walk right through normally. We do it 3-4 times whenever we get them in. Once they’re trained they don’t give much trouble. | |
