They actually have run them long enough to get cost per mile estimates? The ones here have a little diesel engine in them for heat. No emissions on those, so they produce NOX like a 400hp 11 liter engine.

MN paid for half of them a couple years ago, the local ones don't leave the garage anymore. Didn't leave town much before that.

Why the imbeciles in the state decide to risk kids to one of their hairbrained dreams is beyond me.

Eventually it isn't a horrible application for electric, but they aren't even close with the technology needed.


It may work sometime , i dont think we are there yet .
