So what’s the downsides?
There’s a cost to buy
Some maintenance/repair
Some additional fuel through the combine to run
How much worse is the dust? Already pretty bad here sometimes with cover crop residue…more filter plugging?
How many bu of beans per acre do we think it gains? MFGs say ~4bu/a I think. That real? Depends a lot I assume.
