South Central NE | You're right SWNE. It is a very dangerous situation. If people are on Facebook they can put NE fires in the search bar and they should be able to find it. There's pictures all over the place. I'm afraid like you that more lives, homes, livestock, and equipment could be lost. Fire departments from everywhere out here are on high alert and most of them are sending units and men into the fire areas. I see they are saying one fire was caused by a wind broken electrical pole putting wires on the ground. There's a lot rumors that the Halsey fire was caused by a control burn by the Feds. I am sure wondering if that's true? If it is true then heads should roll for a decision like that with the weather forecast that was out there. But whoever it was will likely get a promotion and a raise. | |
